Villa Lagoon, as a part of a small settlement "Alex Villas", is located in a private sector of the closed area of the 5-star hotel and Iberostargolf club. The villa is within a walking distance of the ocean on the first coastline and has a closed and guarded private beach.

This is a spacious two-storey villa of 350m² with four bedrooms (each bedroom has a master bath), a huge living kitchen and an additional small living room. All bedrooms are furnished with light furniture and have a separate bathroom, as well as DoubleBeds and wardrobes. The panoramic windows of the villa offer a magnificent view of the green golf courses.

On the territory of the villa there are a swimming pool with blue water, a comfortable outdoor barbecue area, sun loungers, tables, armchairs, hammocks and green lawns - everything you need for the most comfortable stay.

The interior of the villa is furnished with modern design furniture with original decor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. From the date we decided to book Alex and Caroline answered questions and were extremely helpful! Ms. Caroline went way beyond just being a concierge, she arranged transport, spoke to locals on our behave and arranged a cake ( which was quite delicious) for one of our guests! It was more than we anticipated! We all had a great time! All 7 of us would highly recommend!

This Villa in punta cana was beautiful! It was a 4 bedroom villa and the room were all spacious and had their own bathroom! Was only there for 2 days and definitely wish I could of stayed longer! Carolina was our host and was great at commutating with us. Really recommend this place if you going in a large group to punta cana! The resort that this villa is located in is astonishing! Will be back soon!!

My stay was amazing. From the easy communication with the Villa team and the staff always there for us when we needed them. The A/C did go out a few times, but the staff was on it very quick. Also not cleaning up anything afterwards was amazing.
