Villa Bueno, part of a separate small settlement "Alex Villas", is located in the private sector of the closed area of a 5 * hotel and golf club Iberostar. The villa is located just a few minutes from the ocean on the first coastline and has a closed and guarded private beach.

This is a spacious two-storey villa of 350m² with four bedrooms (each bedroom has a master bath), a huge kitchen-living room and an additional small living room. All bedrooms are furnished with light furniture and have a separate bathroom. As well as three DoubleBeds and two Single beds, wardrobes. The panoramic windows of the villa offer a magnificent view of the green golf courses.

On the own territory of the villa there is a swimming pool with blue water, a comfortable outdoor barbecue area, sun loungers, tables, armchairs, hammocks and green lawns - everything for the most comfortable stay.

The inside of the villa is furnished with modern designer furniture with original decor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The villa has all the conditions to feel as comfortable as possible. A holiday in our villas is ideal for the whole family, a fun group of friends, or a couple in love.
